Cancellation Policy
There is a maximum occupancy of 40 people. -The Renter is responsible for coordinating and paying for any services they provide during their party. -The Renter shall pay a security deposit of $100.00 which will be refunded only if The She Shed is found to be in admirable condition with no occurred damage or excessive clean up. - If you should choose not to place The She Shed furniture back to where it was previous to your event, $50 will be deducted from the $100 deposit -The rental rate for private party is $299 for a two hour party. Each additional hour is $95 per hour. - For a party longer than two hours, you will need a one-day liquor License, which is $180. We will obtain the license on your behalf. NO ALCOHOL should be served on the premises unless you have obtained a one-day Liquor liability license. **If you are seen on camera with alcohol being consumed or serving it, your event will be shut down, and you will need to vacate the property. Also, if you do a two-hour party and it is BYOB with no liquor, you will NOT be allowed to add extra time. -All Parties are allowed one hour of setup time and 45 minutes for clean-up. Any additional time needed is charged at a rate of $25/hour. -All parties using Party Planners must have their decorations removed by the end of the event, or the deposit of $100 will be kept. -Upon your request for a booking with The She Shed there is a $100 -d security deposit for parties & the contract due within 48 hours to secure the date, and time of your request. -The payment is due 15 days from the party date, If this payment is not made then the security deposit will be kept, and your event will be canceled. -Please NOTE that once a liquor license is obtained there is no refund for the cost of the liquor license even if your event is canceled. -We will process the refund of the security deposit within 48 hours after the event once the space has been reviewed. -If you book an event less than 15 days before a Party, the deposit, full payment, and contract are due within 48 hours. -Cancellations: If for any reason you need to cancel an event, cancellations made 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. -If you need to cancel your event after the 14-day window you will not receive a refund of the amount paid. You will receive you security deposit back.
